Charlie B. Barkin has finally escaped from the dog pound and is double crossed by his business partner Carface Malone, costing his life. Upon reaching Heaven's pearly gates, Charlie is sent back to Earth to become the protector of little girl Anne-Marie, redeeming himself through this good deed.
