Adam Manijak - Piano Chamber Music

A CD devoted to two important works of chamber music composed by the young Paul Kletzki, a musician now best remembered as a conductor, the activity which dominated the last 30 years of his public life. In fact, he died during an orchestral rehearsal in 1973. Kletzki's early music, including these works, adhered to classical form and a musical language which could be described as moderately 'expressive Late Romantic'. One does sense, however, sense an individual voice.
