It is based on their popular DailyOm online course and drawn from Dudley's album Meditation Moment: 52 Weekly Guided Affirmation. This DVD can be viewed in it's entirety many times or viewers can focus on one meditation a week for a whole year, beginning at any time. Viewers can also select a particular meditation to focus on when needed to help deal with personal issues such as healing, family, empowerment, or relationships (to name a few).
