Cancelling an Order
We regret that we are unable to cancel orders once they have been sent to one of our fulfillment centers or partners for processing.
We recommend that upon receipt of your order that you contact Customer Service for a return authorization. Please note that only damaged or incorrect orders are eligible for a full refund. All other returns will not be reimbursed for original or return postage. You will not receive a refund for your return until we receive your returned item. Once your return has been received please allow 1-2 weeks for processing and 3-7 business days to receive your credit.
