What does the FYE Backstage Pass membership cost and how long does it last?
The FYE Backstage Pass membership fee is $25 per year. Membership expires one year after purchase, on the day after you initially purchased your FYE Backstage Pass card.
What does my FYE Backstage Pass membership get me?
An additional 10% off purchases at FYE for your entertainment stores and online at fye.com, Exclusive Member-only offers and discounts via email *FYE Backstage Pass Members do not receive discounts on the purchase of Gift Cards, FYE Backstage Pass membership fee, iPod units, Downloads, Game Hardware and Tickets. The discount will be applied after all other deductions are accounted for.
Can I use the FYE Backstage Pass Member Card in all FYE for your entertainment stores?
The card may be used to get discounts at all FYE for your entertainment stores and fye.com
What information do I have to give you to become a FYE Backstage Pass Member?
All you need to supply is your name, mailing address, phone number, date of birth and email address. In order to assist us in tailoring the FYE Backstage Pass Member Program to better serve you, we may also ask you for other information from time to time.
Can I just pay you the $25 and get the FYE Backstage Pass Member Card?
We request your personal information so that we can provide the best possible customer service and deliver your FYE Backstage Pass Member benefits. If you should lose your FYE Backstage Pass Member Card or require other assistance from the FYE Backstage Pass Customer Service, we will be limited in the help we can provide if there is no FYE Backstage Pass Member profile in your account. In order for you to receive special offers and discounts, it is important for you to provide us with your name, address, and email address, so we can deliver these exclusive FYE Backstage Pass Member-only benefits to you.
What if I join now but decide later that I no longer want to be a FYE Backstage Pass Member? Can I get a refund on the portion of the FYE Backstage Pass membership that has not expired?
If you purchased your FYE Backstage Pass membership at a FYE for your entertainment store, you may cancel the FYE Backstage Pass membership at that store, but you will only receive a full refund if cancellation is requested within the same day of the purchase date. A receipt is required. After the one day, FYE Backstage Pass membership fees are non-refundable. Partial refunds of the FYE Backstage Pass membership fee are not available.
How will I know when my FYE Backstage Pass membership expires?
We will contact you prior to your renewal date to remind you that your FYE Backstage Pass membership is about to expire provided that contact information is available in your FYE Backstage Pass Member profile.
How much is the renewal cost?
There is an annual $25 FYE Backstage Pass membership fee.
How Your Discount Works
Does the discount apply to everything in FYE for your entertainment stores, with a few exceptions? What about online at www.fye.com?
The discount applies to purchases throughout FYE for your entertainment stores and online at fye.com. Members do not receive discounts on Gift Cards, Tickets, iPod units, Game Hardware and the FYE Backstage Pass Member Program fee. The discount cannot be combined with any other group or organizational discount (e.g., Student Advantage, corporate discounts, etc.).
Is this discount added to the discount already existing on bestsellers and sale items?
Yes. For example, a store CD discounted 20% off of list price to all customers will be sold at an additional 10% discount to FYE Backstage Pass Members. The FYE Backstage Pass Member discount will be applied after all other discounts and deductions have been applied to the purchase.
How do I get my discount when shopping in stores?
To receive your discount, simply provide your FYE Backstage Pass Member Card at the register. Your discount is automatically applied to all valid purchases.
How will I get my discount when shopping online?
When checking out your products, you can add your Backstage Pass membership card number at the bottom of your shopping cart, and click the proceed button to check out. The 10% discount will be automatically taken off and shown on the next page.
If I join today, will I receive my discount on today's purchase?
Yes, you receive your discount immediately.
I bought a large number of CDs here yesterday (last week, last month). Can I return them and repurchase them with the FYE Backstage Pass Member discount?
Purchases made prior to entry into the FYE Backstage Pass Member Program or without a FYE Backstage Pass Member number will not be credited a retroactive refund.
Can anyone use my FYE Backstage Pass Member Card to receive the discount in the store?
Your FYE Backstage Pass Member Card is non-transferable and for your use only.
What if I don't have my FYE Backstage Pass Member Card with me in the store? Can you look up my FYE Backstage Pass Member number? Will I still get my discount?
Your FYE Backstage Pass Member Card is the access to your benefits, and it is important that you carry it with you to receive your discounts in the store. If you happen to forget your FYE Backstage Pass Member Card, and have completed a FYE Backstage Pass Member profile, we can retrieve your FYE Backstage Pass Member information in the store at checkout.
Renewing Your Membership
How can I renew my FYE Backstage Pass membership?
You can renew your Backstage Pass Platinum membership by visiting your nearest FYE store. Note that in order to keep track of your total FYE Backstage Pass Member savings and your purchase history, its important to renew your current account rather than purchase a new FYE Backstage Pass membership when your current one expires.
How can I ensure uninterrupted service with FYE Backstage Pass membership?
Simply renew before your annual membership is up. This can be done at any FYE store.
Your Privacy
What does FYE Backstage Pass Member Program do with the information I enter? Is it distributed to other companies?
Your privacy is important to us. It is our policy not to sell or rent customer information to anyone outside FYE for your entertainment and fye.com. Please refer to our privacy policy.
I am interested in the FYE Backstage Pass Member benefits, but I don't want to be placed on a mailing list or receive unwanted emails. Can I become a FYE Backstage Pass Member and be assured that does not occur?
You may select to opt out of all communications, but you would miss out on FYE Backstage Pass Member-only special offers and discounts, an exclusive benefit of FYE Backstage Pass membership.
How can I opt out of receiving email or direct mail offers?
You can also opt out of email by following the directions at the bottom of every email message we send.
Member Account Information
Can I have a second FYE Backstage Pass Member card for my account?
At this time, we do not offer more than one FYE Backstage Pass Member card per account.
What do I do if I lose my FYE Backstage Pass Member card?
You can still enjoy all the benefits of the card when shopping by providing your name and phone number as it appears on the account at the time of purchase.
Is there a customer service number to call if I have a question or a problem?
