Suzanne Warmanen is a singer/actress who has recently released her debut CD entitled All Around Woman. Produced by the legendary Willie Murphy, All Around Woman is an eclectic mix of style and sound; soul music, which celebrates freedom, calls for peace and honors truth. Suzanne was raised on the music of Nina Simone, the S.P.E.B.S.Q.S.A., the Golden Gate Quartet, Julie Andrews, Elvis Presley, Barbra Streisand, Lena Horne and Bob Dylan. She studied voice, violin and piano, sang harmonies with her family and many other singing groups and choirs, gave concerts, won awards, contests and scholarships and received a couple of degrees in acting. At 18 years of age, Suzanne began traveling to sing and act professionally and in 1991, began doing so full-time in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Since then, she has been a member of the Actors Equity Association and of the Guthrie Theater Acting Company. She is also a member of the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists and has done some voice-over work and a film entitled Herman, U.S.A., which is now available on video/DVD.
