VALLEY GIRL Spirited jukebox musical redo of the 1983 comedy follows Encino native Julie Richman (Jessica Rothe) as she strikes up a romance with Randy (Josh Whitehouse), lead singer of a (barf me out!) Hollywood punk band. Now, Julie and Randy will have to deal with the disapproval of her friends and family-while everybody belts out some '80s pop and new wave hits, of course.
