In '90s rural Britain, teenager Mary (Maisie Williams) felt compelled to tag along after failing to talk her boyfriend (Ian Kenny) and his cronies out of their get-rich-quick scheme-breaking into the house of the elderly village doctor (Sylvester McCoy) while he and his wife (Rita Tushingham) were away.
