Forced to abandon his fiancée (Rosemary Forsyth) at the altar because of a trumped-up murder rap, an expatriate Spanish nobleman (Alain Delon) flees to the Lone Star State, where he meets up with a gun-runner (Dean Martin) and his faithful Native American companion (Joey Bishop).
