Charming romantic comedy stars Doris Day as prim and proper interior designer Jan Morrow, who shares a phone party line with womanizing musician Brad Allen (Rock Hudson). After a chance face-to-face meeting, Brad becomes quite enamored with Jan, disguising his voice and posing as a wealthy Texas businessman in order to win her affections.
