Tyler (Jacob Scipio) and Maddie (Lou Llobell) had enough of just getting by in NYC, and chose to chuck it all for taking to the road in a van. It'd be a decision they'd regret for the most horrific of reasons, as-after witnessing a grisly accident they were helpless to prevent-they'd find their steps dogged by a legendary malevolent entity that attaches itself to helpless travelers.
