Over Your Dead Body

Scuffling filmmaker Dan Burton (Jason Segel) and his ambitious actress wife Lisa (Samara Weaving) agreed that a weekend at their isolated lakeside cabin might be the cure they needed for their foundering relationship. Or, that was the story, since each had planned to murder the other. Add a trio of degenerate fugitives (Timothy Olyphant, Juliette Lewis, Keith Jardine) and the stage is set for darkly comic mayhem in Jorma Taccone's redo of the 2021 Norwegian farce The Trip. Paul Guilfoyle also stars. 105 min. Widescreen; Soundtrack: English.
