Cops and Robbers

Returning to work after being on leave, a police department hostage negotiator (Michael Jai White) jumps right into a dangerous situation when he must square off against the leader (Quinton "Rampage" Jackson) of band of bank robbers. The tension between the two men is ratcheted up several notches as it becomes apparent that they share a not-so-friendly past.
