Review Text
John Scott started out as a Cellist and ended up with a six-string and a whole lot of drive. After a short career in local clubs and the college stage, life called. He has always been into Hendrix, McLaughlin, Trower and others. Playing all lead and rhythm guitars on all the tracks, John taught himself to play bass guitar so he could add more texture and depth to the music. "I believe that music expressing concepts and feelings moves you.....adds to the joy of listening...........a shared experience between the artist and the listener. " "There was a time when......" thus came the album, 'les Mémoires du vieil homme', Memories of the old man, captured fragments and moments in time. A Speical thanks to Bronson Scott (B-ron) for the Shaken not Stirred (Remix).
