First of all some things you should know about this CD: 'Live At Apple Valley Village | The Official Bootleg Volume 2' was recorded at Apple Valley Village in Milford, Pennsylvania on July 28, 2001. Jack presently has had four 'official releases' and is working on a fifth. Jack's 'official releases' were professionally recorded and mixed to give you the best sound possible. However this CD is NOT an 'official release' but is an 'official bootleg'. Being designated as an 'official bootleg' means that this album of live recordings was not professionally recorded, mixed or engineered. It was recorded directly off Jack's amp using a HiFi VCR. We felt that the quality was good enough to make it available to the public but at a reduced price due to it's not being professionally produced. Thus this CD comes with black and white artwork and is packaged in a cardboard sleeve (also with black and white artwork) rather than the traditional jewel case. Listen to the audio samples and see for yourself what a value this disc represents. ALSO, THIS CD CAN BE PURCHASED AT CD Baby FOR ONLY $5 when you buy two other $5 CDs from CD Baby. Simply click on the 'Add To Cart' button at the CD Baby page displaying this CD and then you'll be given the option of getting this disc for ONLY $5 when you buy two other $5 CDs from CD Baby. Containing 16 songs and a total of 21 tracks makes this CD a great value. This live recording is a must have for Tannehill fans who would like to preserve the experience of hearing Jack perform live. Sometimes his comments between his songs are as entertaining as the songs themselves. The original or official versions of these songs appear on the following albums: * Tracks 2, 12, 18 & 21 are found on 'Greatest Hints' * Tracks 3, 6, 8, 13, 14 & 16 are found on 'Earlier Lately | The Very Blest of JT' * Tracks 4, 5, 9 & 11 are found on 'Introducing Jack Tannehill' * Track 19 was on a compilation disc which is out of print * Track 7 is expected on Jack's next release, 'Jackson's Five' Note: Besides 'Earlier Lately | The Very Blest of Jack Tannehill', you can also hear Jack do Bob Dylan's Mr. Tambourine Man on the CD, 'Thinking About Bob Dylan' which is available here at this site.
