The delivery date for each item is the shipping option you chose at checkout + our processing time (this includes credit card approval).
Pre-ordered items typically ship with 24 hours of the "availability" date show on the product page. However, in some isolated cases, the item will ship within 2-5 days. The availability information is bases on information provided to us by various manufacturers and suppliers.

We ship to the 50 states, military addresses (AA, AE, AP) and the following US Territories: Guam, Puerto Rico, Palau, and the US Virgin Islands.
At this time we cannot ship to other locations not listed above. We suggest people that do not live in the above locations send their orders to a friend or family member with an address in the 50 states.
DELIVERY DELAYS - BACKORDERS - CANCELLATIONS
We always try to fill all orders placed as soon as possible, but sometimes there are delays or an item is backordered. If this happens we will send you an email and you can then wait for the item or cancel your order. If we don't hear from you before we ship the item(s), we will assume you have agreed to the shipment delay.
An item cancellation will be automatically processed if we cannot deliver your item(s) within 30 days of (1) your placing the order, (2) an emailed delay notification, OR (3) an emailed item backorder notification.
Weather, natural disasters, and other events beyond our control may affect shipping and delivery times. If you live in an area experiencing an unexpected service delay please add at least 2 to 3 business days to the estimated delivery date of your order.
