The concert runs at over 90 mins and features 12 songs, including classic. It Bites tracks and new songs from the 2024 It Bites FD studio album 'Return To Natural'. The live band features a new line up including the legendary drummer Chad Wackerman. The Blu-ray (which is region free) also includes a 90 minute featurette containing interviews and footage from the making of 'Return To Natural' which was recorded at the world famous Rockfield Studios.
