A music album project by haruka nakamura for Tsutaya Shoten, created with the theme of 'forest. 'The second part is an ambient world where the piano is the main focus. A nostalgic yet new sound. The jacket photo is taken by Rinko Kawauchi, a photographer with whom I have a close friendship. This work, which was released as a CD album in December 2023, will be released as a 12-inch record along with the first work 'Aoi Mori'. Musician Haruka Nakamura will be in charge of the music for several stores of Tsutaya Shoten nationwide from 2023 to 2024 for one year. All songs are newly written songs for the Tsutaya Shoten Project. Based on the concept of a bookstore that sells books, and the theme of 'forests', where pianos and musical instruments are born, the title 'Blue Forest' is connected to Nakamura's hometown of Aomori, and a total of 4 works will be released during the period until summer 2024. I'm planning to make an album. The first volume, 'Aoi Mori,' became a hot topic as it was the first time in their career that the music consisted only of synthesizers, and it has been loved by many listeners. The second part is the world of piano ambient. A long-awaited music worldview that is a mix of the popular works Twilight and Still Life. The songs have emotional melodies that evoke a winter evening, which is also expressed in Rinko Kawauchi's jacket photo for this album. A warm piano touch. This is exactly the kind of sound you want when listening to an analog record. Analog mastering was done by Gen Tanabe (studio camel house), who has a reputation for mastering records of Nakamura's works. The LP binding also has a conceptual and beautiful design that makes you feel like you are looking through a window into the forest world expressed in Rinko Kawauchi's photographs. haruka nakamuraBorn in Aomori / MusicianShe moved to Tokyo at the age of 15 to pursue music.
