Mutant

Two brothers head to a small southern town for a vacation but they discover something far more sinister and deadly than they bargained. People are dying and then turning into zombies which need fresh blood to survive. One of the brothers then goes missing and it's up to the other one to find him and get to the bottom of this nightmare.
