A timely satire of '90s politics and Yuppie conservatism from writer/director Tim Robbins, who stars in the title role of a right wing folksinger and senatorial candidate who mixes Bob Dylan with William F. Buckley and uses the TV cameras following him on the campaign trail to his own advantage.
