WINTER PEOPLE - DVD - During the Depression, itinerant, widowed clockmaker Wayland Jackson (Kurt Russell) and his 12-year-old daughter looked to put down roots in the North Carolina Appalachians. As he found himself falling for the one local that showed them kindness, young single mother Collie Wright (Kelly McGillis), he'd get embroiled in her family's bitter feud with the birth father's clan.
