The Inheritor

When her twin sister is found dead under bizarre circumstances, Alison returns to the town where she grew up in to identify the body. There she meets her sister's lover: a darkly charismatic author who let's her stay in his cottage. Plagued by nightmares and a growing sense of dread, Alison suspects a dark supernatural presence, and secrets buried long ago.
