Killing Faith

In mid-19th-century Arizona, broken-down sawbones Dr. Bender (Guy Pearce) was confronted by the strange case of former slave Sarah (DeWanda Wise) and her young white daughter (Emily Katherine Ford), who seemed to visit sickness and death on any living being she touched. Warily agreeing to join them on Sarah's determined five-day trek to find faith-healing Preacher Ross (Bill Pullman), salvation may be the last thing any of them find.
