I Am A Ghost

Emily haunts her own house reliving everyday over and over again wondering why she can't leave until a medium named Sylvia helps her uncover the mysteries of her violent past in an effort to help her move on. The 10th Anniversary edition of I Am a Ghost marks the film's first time on Blu-ray and features audio commentary, deleted scenes, behind-the-scenes footage, interviews with writer-director H.P. Mendoza and Anna Ishida and a new featurette, Labyrinthian.
