As the third Carlist war was winding down in the 1870s, a little girl (Andere Garabieta) was the sole survivor of an orphanage's destruction. She'd be found by a strange woman (Itziar Ituño), who promised that her suffering was over. Separated from her new mother figure by fate, she'd face years striving for survival, while coming to grips with her new abilities and unaging form.
