The Borrower

Quirky blend of sci-fi, horror, and comedy follows a pair of detectives (Rae Dawn Chong and Don Gordon) as they investigate a series of murders that has left a string of headless bodies in it's wake. What are the chances the culprit is an alien criminal who's been exiled to Earth and who needs a constant supply of human heads in order to maintain his disguise? Better than average, it would seem.
