On a mission to rid society of it's most repellent citizens, terminally ill, recently divorced and fired, Frank makes an unlikely accomplice in 16-year-old high school student Roxy, who shares his sense of rage and disenfranchisement and together they embark on a nation-wide assault on our country's dumbest, most irritating reality show and phony celebrities.
