The Enchanted Cottage

Based on the play by Arthur Wing Pinero. In this touching drama a spell of true-love is woven about crippled Great War veteran Oliver Bashforth and plain yet dependable Laura Pennington when they seek each others company as a balm to loneliness in a secluded cottage. The pair worry for their newfound happiness however: is it an illusion caused by the honeymoon cottage and so many memories of past happiness or is it a true lasting miracle.
