A Study in Scarlet

A secret society in London led by lawyer Thaddeus Merrydew collects the assets of any of it's deceased members and divides them among the remaining members. When Society members begin to drop like flies, Holmes keys in on one member's mysterious Chinese widow (Anna May Wong) as well as the suspicious Merrydew. Edwin L. Marin (Abilene Town) directs this atmospheric Sherlock tale rife with coded messages, heiresses, villains, and secret passages.
