A Day at the Beach

Despite the weather being rotten, worthless alcoholic Bernie (Mark Burns) thought it the right time to take his estranged little daughter Winnie (Beatrice Edney) on a jaunt to a seaside town. He'd pretty much leave the child to her own devices as he'd try to charm, and cadge drinks, from the various locals he encountered.
