Synopsis

In the third edition of Yoga Journal's six-part Yoga Practice series, the focus is on building strength through yoga exercises. Lead by master yoga instructor Rodney Yee, the video consists of a fantastic ten-minute warm-up and two 30 minute yoga workouts. The first section demonstrates an aerobic yoga routine designed to build power and endurance and includes variations on the sun salutation, the dog pose, and the triangle pose. The second workout is an advanced goal-setting yoga series that is meant be learned and practiced over time and is not recommended for beginners.
