Yuri Alexandrovich Falik was born in Ukraine in 1936 and studied with Boris Arapov at the St. Petersburg Conservatory of Music. Legendary Russian ensemble the Taneyev Quartet present key works here released on CD for the first time. These works are from the 1970s and have stood the test of time.
