Subliminal affirmations are not heard audibly. However, the subconscious mind perceives them and responds automatically. Affirmations on this album include: You are relaxed; The music triggers your sleep response; I am relaxed; I fall asleep easily; I wake up relaxed and renewed. The dreamy "pillow of sound" features the sleep inducing tones of the Rhodes electric piano, played by the pre-eminent artist in the healing music genre. Traditional music includes hidden stress factors that can keep you up at night. This music does not. Most people are asleep before the end of the album!
