With Starr Belle's debut country album, 'Refuse to Be Defused', she picks up the tempo & slides gracefully without missing a beat from singing the blues, in to the country/pop genres. Her performance is that of a seasoned pro at the young age of 19. Starr always finds a way to infuse meanings that invoke different feelings into her songs.
