Sledge..A Reggae Singing Sensation out of Kingston Jamaica And Hartford Connecticut has been making inroads in the music industry, He aquired the name Sledge from one of his favourite TV series Sledge HAMMER and is creating waves both in Hartford and his home country Jamaica with smash hits off his debut album entitle After The Storm. The title trac After The Storm was inspired by his late Father, when things got really out of hand and he needed help comfort and guidance, his father would say to him, Don't Worry After A Storm There's Always A Calm and he kept that in his mind all along,in his most recent endeavors when all seem lost he then went back to his father's words, found comfort and strength and in the process penned that song which he dedicate it to his memory and made it the album's title trac, Sledge has blossom into a good song writer as you would prove from this album. There are songs for eveyone including some really great singovers from country to his alltime favourite artiste the late Dennis Brown, his style, a cultural Reggae lover's rock is smoothe and comforting, you ll find something that reaches out to you....check out the man...Sledge.
