Saurabhsound is a solo effort utilizing electronic timbres to diverge from the norms that have gradually been imparted on electronic music over the last decade. All recording is done on a minimalist system consisting of Macintosh Computer with MOTU Software. Saurabhsound came to life after I got off heroin after 10 years. A lot happened and a lot continues to happen, but on a far more positive note. All these factors permeate into the music I make. I toured with Spiritualized and Acetone. Jason Spaceman mentored me throughout the years. I became a solo artist due to my frustration with band members. The ego of certain bandmates and lack of musical ability was disconcerting. A couple years before the last band, I had studied music at Wayne State University (Detroit), but dropped out after learning what I needed of music theory.
