This is my 16th solo album... I am older now...and I feel as if I have gone beyond a lot of my own self-induced drama, BS, and fakeness that my past was full of. I feel more comfortable being older; things like emotions and sentiments seem more 'real' and in-line with general truths... Now It's Real. I play all the instruments and sing on this and most of my other solo albums, but I still consider myself a 'guitarist' first. I love getting a nice tone, on nice guitars, thru nice amps, these days... and I like finding riffs, and chord patterns, that are fun to play... I hope you hear that in the songs. Songs 1 thru 7 on this album have lyrics; song 8 is a Santana-esque instrumental... Please enjoy the sounds and emotions of this album...
