Although he was perhaps one of the most gifted pianists to come out of England, Ray Noble seldom played piano on any of the fine orchestras which he fronted during his career as an American band leader. In the early '30s, he became one of England's most famous musicians. This rare CD features both studio and live recordings, during his most successful period, from 1935-45.
