Ray Crawford, pastor, singer and songwriter, has been presenting the gospel to audiences since 1980. He retired from radio department of the telephone company, to take on the position of Chief Engineer for a 3 million watt television station and still found time to produce and host a successful television variety show, Country Corral, for 5 seasons. He is still active in radio communications with local companies, but spends most days writing songs, producing albums, ministering the gospel to Alzheimer's patients each Sunday and entertaining at special functions. His new wife of 2 years, June Crawford, is a published poet and now assists Ray in writing songs and performing. She had never written in rhymn until this experience with songwriting. Her published poems are written in free verse. Ray and June always place Christ at the center of their projects and rely on prayer to guide them in each endeavor. They believe God has lead them to write songs about the Good News, which they know to be what Christ can do for the lives of those who ask Him to come into their hearts. Their prayer is that you will be blessed by their new CD, Butterfly Wings, which calls to mind the life changing experience of the Butterfly and of each soul as they give themselves to our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
