The chi sao program, which is also called sticking arms, is considered the soul of the Wing Tson system. It begins on the elementary level and trains the tactile reflexes in an incredible manner. Attack and defense techniques are then learned to show how to withstand the opponent's force and use it against them. This allows for smaller people to get the opportunity to effectively assert themselves against a stronger aggressor.
