War Story

Veteran warzone photojournalist Lee (Katherine Keener), still shaken from her experiences as a hostage in Libya, secrets herself in a remote Sicilian town. There she seeks solace from a former mentor and lover (Ben Kingsley) and forms a bond with a young Tunisian woman (Hafsia Herzi) trying to immigrate to France, even as the demons of Lee's recent ordeal haunt her, in director/co-writer Mark Jackson's powerful character study. 89 min.
