2020 release. Trapt, an American rock band formed in California in 1997, best known for it's chart-topping 2002 single "Headstrong". The concept of 'Shadow Work' is trying your best to understand and then accept the darkest parts of yourself, doing your best to keep those parts as close to you as you can and align them with the ideal version of you. These goals are achieved through effortless guitar work, catchy hooks, riffs, and tightly crafted lyrics. A straightforward rock record for these trying times.
