In his small Irish community, the locals knew that you'd better have cash in hand if stone-cold debt collector Mark Taffin (Pierce Brosnan) came knocking. The hired muscle might just be the town's savior, though, when he's set against corrupt politicians and developers strong-arming their way to erecting an unwanted chemical plant.
