Ratiug Evol, pronounced ra-Teeg Evol (Guitar Love spelled backwards) is a band comprised of some of Tampa and St. Petersburg Florida's finest musicians. A Haitian singer (Nelson Destine), Cuban percussionist (Kenny Suarez), and Canadian keyboard player (Howard Helm) join founding members Michael Wilkinson (guitar), Dana Gordon (lead guitar), and Ruben Drake (bass) to make a recording that is fun and upbeat. Horns resonate throughout, a string quartet over a child's lull-a-bye, island vibes and two remakes that you will find irresistible, highlight this appealing album. Ratiug Evol is a band to keep your eyes on and your ears tuned in to. Recorded at legendary Morrisound Recording, where Beyoncé, Robert Plant and Ozzy Osbourne have worked with master engineer Tom Morris, this band loves guitar, loves a hook and sings with vocal passion and conviction.
