A newly formed choir of 300 patients, families, staff and volunteers from 18 hospices are aiming for this year's Christmas #1 with an uplifting cover version of the classic song "The Living Years," lead by Paul Carrack, who was also lead vocalist on the original 1991 hit by Mike & The Mechanics. The poignant theme of the song - making every living moment count - is especially resonant as families across the UK come together for Christmas. "The Living Years" is released in aid of 18 Hospices.
