Monks - Suspended Animation

2009 digitally re-mastered and expanded reissue of this Strawbs-related band's sophomore album including six bonus tracks. The Monks were a New Wave-influenced outfit formed by Richard Hudson and John Ford, who had spent four years as rhythm section for the Strawbs and then formed Hudson Ford. As The Monks, they had a UK Top 20 single and hit debut album in 1979. They followed up that album with Suspended Animation which went platinum in Canada. Angel Air.
