Macire Sylla - Maya Irafama

Full of power & soul, the voice of Macire' is a bridge between Soussou tradition and modernity. Voices, flute and drums are the driving forces behind this album. When she was a child, she entered the Soleil d'Afrique ballet and became a solo singer & dancer. After some tours in Europe & the U.S. with the Dutch band FATALA, the whole Conakry dances to Macire's songs.
