Percussionist Haruhiko Kono leads the orchestra Kono y Los Chicos de Cuba, which has teamed up with top Cuban musicians. A Cuban salsa cover of Shibuya-kei's synonymous 'Tokyo at Seven at Night', which was announced in 2021 and became a hot topic, will finally be released as a 7inch single. Like the CD, it contains both Spanish and Japanese versions, and is led by percussionist Haruhiko Kono, a group of young Cuban musicians teaming up with top Cuban musicians, Kono y Los Chicos de Cuba. Like the CD, both Spanish and Japanese versions are included, and the art direction and short edit for the 7inch recording were done by Yasuyo Konishi.
