The Deep Creek Fishing Club is without question the ultimate Alaskan Adventure. Perched on a bluff overlooking the magnificent Cook Inlet at the mouth of Deep Creek, this beautiful lodge offers sensational vistas of the midnight sun, glaciers and snowcapped volcanoes. Nestled near the quaint Russian-Native fishing village of Ninilchik, on the Kenai Peninsula, Deep Creek affords anglers access to the best fishing locales that Alaska has to offer. Owner/operators Steve and Vivian Moe have spared no expense and offer guests of all skill levels an opportunity to do battle with fish of a lifetime. Truly the halibut capital of the world: 300 pound giants are caught every year from here, along with 5 species of salmon, steelhead, rainbows, lake trout, northern pike, grayling, arctic char and dolly varden. There is simply no other operation in Alaska that even comes close to Deep Creek. Join us as we fish chrome bright Kings from shore in front of the lodge and work a few big halibut just minutes off the beach, before exploring places that few have ever seen, let alone fished. The fly out to Kodiak Island provided the most spectacular light tackle king salmon fishing I'd ever seen. A day I'll never forget. Wading into the crystal-clear waters, my senses immersed in the endless beauty surrounding me, bears feeding up wind and big, aggressive fish that made for the most exciting fresh water fishing I've ever experienced. Talk about creating memories that will last a lifetime... Deep Creek is the place to do it!
