Fronted by Petaluma, CA singer-songwriters Chris Chappell & Katie Freeman, The Incubators sophomore release on Liquid City "The Garden EP" contains 5 original songs (full LP in 2019) blending American roots music genres of jazz, blues and folk into a modern groove rock format.
